Ghosties Skate Deck

Painting a skate deck was a lot of fun. Sometimes you gotta take on a project simply for the fun of it. I did have quite a few internal arguments with myself about why I took this project on and why oh why did I choose to pick something so detailed! I had to tell the admin Jason that I wanted to do this because it was fun and I liked the idea I came up with. In the end, that Jason agreed it was worth it. The end result was so good. It was a lot of fun creating a painting of a building filled with all sorts of fun ghosties haunting about. Plus the glow-in-the-dark aspect makes it so much cooler.

The ADX gallery opening is June 5th. My ghosties will be on display alongside a TON of other creative skate decks. I’m looking forward to seeing what everyone else did. And if you’re in Portland, maybe I’ll see you on opening night!
